How to destroy a heartfire?

Some guy just spawned in our town, and now i wanna break his heart fire so he can be random teleported.
But if i wanna destroy his heart fire it says "this is not your heartfire", i put criminal acts on and still i can destroy it?

The hearthfire belongs to a person in this order of priority:

The person who owns the claim it is on if it's on a personal claim
The person that is attached to it

If it's not yours, you MUST have Vandalism to break a hearth fire. Of course, putting a personal claim over it resolves that issue (see point above).

It's best if someone can put a personal claim over it. They can always remove the claim afterwards if it looks bad. That way they don't leave any scents / don't need to buy any criminal acts.

if you claim it that won't happen, just putting up walls doesn't make it yours. also as the person is new and apparently you're starting a village(or atleast are planning to) you could also talk to the guy, maybe he'll join you and be a huge help...if not you could always offer him a dream to make a new hf outside the walls, means he can actually play the game, and you won't have to worry about destroying a hf(which needs 25 str and a stone axe to do 1 damage).

Bit late, but yeah i already said that to people.
Ah well, we got raided anyway so i need to move on i guess:)
It was probably someone with a easy to guess hs, but the keys got stolen lol.
It was us being scouted i guess.
So i'm back to being a hermit:)
