How to teleport to one's village

Please help me out.Im a bit confused about joining one's village.
First of all, I send a pm requesting to join some ones village.
The latter then sends me his hs.I then add this hs.
Since I dont have my own herthfire right now, how the hell do i teleport to his village?
I hope this also helps out other newbees like me

Once you're kinned through the kinlist, you need to enter a party with the Lawspeaker or Chief. They then can Oath you into their village. Without a hearthfire you can Adventure -> Travel -> Village from any distance even if you normally could not.

Really? So you can teleport to a village from anywhere if you destroy your hearthfire first? Thanks so much for the tip. That sounds infinitely safer and faster than walking for miles with all your stuff in haul.

Well you also need like 50 Str (not sure about the numbers here) to destroy your HF.

36 barehand to do 1 damage, 25 with stone axe to do 1 damage, 16 with pickaxe to do 1 damage, 4 with sledge hammer to do 1 damage...its in the 15 other threads about destroying a hf, and actually has nothing to do with this thread as the person already has no hf.
