Repairing and Quality

Say I had a Q100 Kiln and it got damaged by decay and due to being lazy/poor I could only repair it with Q10 clay would this affect the quality of the building or would I have to go find Q100 clay to keep it up at that quality?

Nope, repair materials don't affect the quality. Though I think better quality materials repair more damage.
