I don't know if they're still bugged or not. They're a curiosity and a gold nugget at the same time. So no matter what they're at least a nugget of gold which is pretty valuable. If they aren't bugged anymore they very likely give an enormous amount of lp. If they're still bugged they give an enormous amount of negative lp and utterly destroy a character.
People are a bit afraid to study it in the state that they're currently in so there's not a lot of info on them =(

I can say with 95% confidence that they are fixed. My reasoning is that they were probably originally bugged by being Q0, screwing up the LP formula. In W5, I made an alt study a Q0 cone cow, which ended up giving base LP, signalling to me at least that now the issue with them being Q0 has been addressed.
@OP, It is a valuable object. If you felt like donating it for the greater good of the wiki, I could ensure a good use for it. However, that is entirely optional.
