How do I join someone village?

Well,
I'm a new player and I would like to have a Vet or a Mentor to teach me the ways of H&H. In return I will give service to him/her.

Is there any way I can join a specefic player? Do I need there Hearth Secrete to do that?

yes, you need to get another players HS to spawn near them.

As far as finding a mentor or a village to join, check out the Dwarves & Thieves section.
