Also how do I sacrafice on my alter, And what do i do with Numen points?

Discover tobacco.

You sacrifice by holding the required item on cursor and right clicking on altar. As for what do with Numen, nothing worthwhile unless you have ancestors with decent combat skills.

Unless you've had some stronger characters die, pretty much this. There's a few interesting things from it, but nothing seriously useful other than nuggets if you don't have access to metals.

Yeah, to remake a key.. I've just noriced I didn't make a copy of my key and now I'm stuck.. If only I had the mould.. sigh

I've heard of people using the forge prayer to get enough metal to build basic things with. It's slow and I'd rather trade (and with the easy access to metals, just try to dig it up myself).

I think that's a rather stupid thing to do as you'll have to spend alot of time and items into the worship. You'd indeed better trade
