Frog's Crown Rarity?

Has frog's crowns rarity been increased or something? In the past few days I have checked all over 6 mountains, only finding 2. I spent 15-25 minutes on each mountain. That's pretty freaking terrible, I don't remember it being quite this bad when I played back in world 5.

Just bad luck, or some one perhaps foraging the mountain before you. I haven't noticed a difference at least.

I see. I'll keep at it then. I was figuring at this rate enthroned toads aren't even worth it, compared to hitting swamps along rivers for flotsams and bluebells. Hopefully my luck turns fast eh.

What is your per*exp? I think you need around 2000 to spot all the frog's crowns - there are normally at least a few on a mountain in my experience (unless you're foraging right behind someone I guess).

Bear in mind that at higher per*exp mountain foraging becomes very nice, as eidelweiss are actually rather common and very good, just hard to spot . Before around 2000 per*exp I wouldnt bother going to the mountain myself.

I've usually found lots of Frog's Crowns and a bit of Royal Toadstools. However, now I find more Toadstools and way less Frog's Crowns. So no, that's not only you.
