Can't the barter stand is owned by respawn character?

My first character was dead.It built a barter stand and put a few goods in that.I find the barter stand can only is "buy" when my respawn character wanna take payment for goods.
depend on the wiki:"The player who first puts an item into the stand is the owner of the stand, and is the one who sets prices and loads items for sale." so my respawn character cannt own the barter stand again? Is it bug? Thank you for you reply.

I believe if you turn on criminal acts with theft you'll be able to take the items...but of course that will leave theft scents.

if there are no items on the stand, then whoever puts an item there is in charge of the stand...read the wiki instead of just pasting what it says

sorry,my expression is not clear.however,it is very strange that I need to theft those stuffs inside barter stand which was built by "myself" and
the ownership of barter stand was not able to be inherited automatically at the same time when last character died.

The ONLY item that gets inherited when you create a new character and inherit from a dead on is the Claim Stake. Everything else in the game belongs to the person who is holding in their hands (on the claim counts, too) with, the exception of the barter and vending stands, of course, where "ownership" is assigned by certain other rules.
