is there a way i can get a notification when someone trespasses on my claim? via like an email or something?

This was available at one point, but was disabled due to bugs. It might happen again in the future.

actually i think loftar flipped the switch because it was kind of game-breaking

because all the major factions had xmpp notifications set up to alert their whole group so anyone that showed up to any of their properties was quickly greeted by warriors

I suppose, then again I dislike the need to keep someone online and watching at all times of the day for one of those factions. That seems at least as broken to me. But eh, armchair philosophy either way for me.
