Missing recipes?

Postby Kenjir » Wed Jan 25, 2012 4:07 pm

I know that from the start i should be able to craft some basic tools and build some basic stuff but somehow i cannot find the recipe for the bone saw and some other stuff, i have all the ingredients and i crafted the kuksa and the stone axe without problems but i just can't seem to find the button for the bone saw, are the guides i am looking for out of date? I also bought the hearth magic skill but i cannot find the dream catcher, i heard it's supposed to appear near the tanning frame button but it's missing in my game. Do i have to discover something before they appear? What should i do?

You need to discover sticks and bones then both of those recipes will be accessable.

To discover bones you need to butcher rabbit/chicken or 'collect bones' from bigger animal.

Someone wrote a very nice article on it on the wiki: http://ringofbrodgar.com/wiki/Discovery
Opinions expressed in this statement are the authors alone and in no way reflect on the game development values of the actual developers.
