1. I've seen black coats. Are those Necromancer cloaks?
2. How does one craft a monocle/glasses?

Plant Grass or plant a fir tree near the pavement and hope it goes over.

The black cloaks are necromancer's cloaks yes.

Thanks. A command to remove pavement really should be implemented. Make it use a lot of stamina or something...
As for the cloak, looks like I'll need to find someone who can make me one and set up a trade.

Still want a monocle/pair of glasses, though. Probably under glassmaking, huh?
