Can't make a bone hook.

Just like the title says, really. I've got the fishing skill and an almost fully equipped rod, but it isn't a crafting option under the fishing section, even though I have multiple bones in my inventory. Am I doing something wrong?
It's much easier to hate than create.

You need to be the one to gather bone from an animal to discover it. Being given it by someone else doesn't count towards discovery.
