kiln question

so i made a kiln. i put 8 blocks of wood. put branch etc. now is it 17 min for whole or 17 min for 1?

Branches burn for approximately 5 minutes in an oven or kiln.

If you put all the blocks in at the same time, then lit the kiln, they will all finish at the same time.

It should take 4 branches of fuel to make charcoal out of blocks.

upupup so it was burning and i thought it would stop when its done and now i see that its finished but. it says that the kiln is in a too poor condition to be used.and i tried to stop it when burning several times. it said the same thing. what will i do?

it just decayed, claim it and repair it with clay.
