Carrots and tea.

I have been able to get all crops with WWW, but I can't seem to get those two, carrots and tea, are they rare or is it just me nothing getting the mechanics of WWW?

It's all luck dude, keep at it and you'll be fine. There is however a belief that crops gotten from WWWs are region-dependant, which could mean you aren't searching the correct "regions".

If you really needed to I'm sure you could get in contact with some locals to see if they could help you out.

Best of luck.

I mostly find peapods, hemp, flax and pumpkin seeds. I found the rest from other people's camps.

After 4 world resets, I'm inclined to believe it. However, region is too big of a term (I read as "region map"which is 25x25 minimaps). It can probably be broken down into small sections smaller than what is known as a 'super grid'. (See wiki on cartography for map terms and sizes: ringofbrodgar.com/wiki/Cartography) It may be as small as a minimap or it could be as big as a region map.
Opinions expressed in this statement are the authors alone and in no way reflect on the game development values of the actual developers.

It's not a belief, it's a fact straight from devs themselves.

The unit is minimap, ie 100x100 tiles.
