Shorter palisade and cupboards

I've seen in some videos that you can shorten palisades and cupboards, but I can't seem to find the mod or utility to make it so. Could someone help me out?

Also, I had seen a mod about making foregeables and dragonflies easier to click on, does it still exist?

There is a list of most, if not all, of the graphics mods in "The Wizards' Tower": viewtopic.php?f=27&t=19079

Short cupboards and walls should be in there along with a lot of other little gems you might like.
