The wiki doesn't say anything about bow q, so I'm asking here. What affects the bow qulity? String, leather and what skills?
EDIT: Also, what softcapps it?

Yes it does, at the bottom. "The quality of a bow is determined by the following formula: (qBranches+qString)/2, softcapped by marksmanship."
