So I guess with scent of thef and vandalism and battery and murder you can summon someone after you have seen their hearthfire? What does this mean and how does this work.

you collect the scents, use the scents to track their hearthfire, then left click a scent, right click the hearthfire to summon, then kill them and leave a few scents of your own.
