How do I make green tea leaves? I have fresh tea leaves in my inventory.

Put them on a herbalist table.
If you leave them long enough they turn into black tea leaves.

Do green and black tea leaves accomplish the same thing? What's the difference between the two?

All I know is that green leaves are used to make tea.
