Shortcut keys

What keys do I use to organize things based on quality in cupboards and back in my inventory? I found the information somewhere a long time ago but forgot the keys to do so and despite a frustrating search, could not find them this time.

Thank you but when I do this it does all of the items, is there any way I could just get it to do this for one of the items such as seeds?

Ctrl + Shift mousewheel goes from highest q, Ctrl + Shift + Alt mousewheel goes from lowest q. Just a note.

It only works in Ender's. (Check update history.)

Pretty sure it's just Ctrl + Alt + Scrollwheel

=)
I had a retardedly huge signature and have gotten this embarrassing replacement to show for it.
