Why is this happening? Game crashes.

So I run the autohaven app and maybe 10 seconds after starting playing it says : An error has occurred!

And then, it says this :

Looks like Java isn't able to connect to the game server at all. Check to make sure you don't have a firewall or anti-virus program blocking it. If you're connecting through a proxy, make sure it is properly through your default web browser (where Java usually reads many of it's settings from) or in the Java control panel. If you're on a third party network (work, school, random wi-fi connection), then some ports and websites may be blocked.
