Put a spruce bed into a leanto...

Postby Althaen » Mon Feb 27, 2012 12:06 am

It says to build a leanto then a bed elsewhere and move it into the leanto, but my character drops it outside the leanto...

You need to be holding the bed and right click the leanto, it should open up a small window with 2 squares in it. Left click either of the squares.

Just for laughs, are you able to put a straw bed or regular bed in leantos and sleep in them?

No, you shouldn't be able to as far as I know. Feel free to test it..

Makes me wonder what leantos can do. Probably not much besides small storage and spruce beds, but maybe they are a hidden gem?

Although I'm sure someone already has tested and can prove me wrong.

Leantos, while a person sleeps within one, protect the contents similar to a claim. One needs Theft to remove contents from a leanto with a person sleeping within, and one will, of course, leave scents. With or without a surrounding claim.

I know this but I was wondering what can be stored in it and what could not, such as if something like a large chest could.
