Does anyone know anyway to get rid of people someone is trying to kill me and broke all my eqw every time he sees me i get hit with his sword

Move. You've settled in a bad location. Part of this game is interaction with your neighbors. Some are complete barbarians that will kill you rather than look at you. Others are more friendly and civilized and will help new players along. It's hard to distinguish the two without some level of interaction, though. Good luck in this. HnH is a great game, but it can be hard getting passed the overly aggressive players on top of learning a new game.

As MagicMan said, moving is your best course of action. Players can become territorial as even being present in a location indicates that you are sapping resources they could have been using and perhaps settling on prime land that they intended on taking. Newbies can be a big pest problems for some regions as they will consume trees, pave land, drain rivers of all their fish, dig up the best clay, and kill all of the animals. None of these are bad things to do, it's just part of being a hearthling and living but it is resource competition.

That they are KOing you indicates they likely know you're not there as a spy or raider but don't want you in the region. It would be in your best interest to seek greener pastures and likely more fun than watching everything you make get broken. =)

One thing I didn't mention is that you might try communicating with them. Show them that you can learn how to play and maybe even play in their same style. They might be impressed and invite you into their village (assuming no language/time barriers).

You're best option is to move, though. There's nothing guaranteed about communication.
