Which is more efficient for raising defense? Oak stance + flex or bloodlust + slide? Assuming switching to bloodlust isn't dangerous at the time

Depends on the situation. I'd say Oak Stance + flex most of the time though.

That's the problem. If the opponent catches that you're using bloodlust, they're going to punch you because you're only at half UA while it's active.
