New LP system?

Hey guys, haven't played in a while, and I was just wondering if there was a new LP system. Seems that I only receive a very small fraction of what I used to, last time I played. Only seem to receive LP the first time an action is performed, and never again thereafter. Making it kinda difficult to train skills right off the bat.

Thanks for the link. Oh man this is gonna take getting used to. Not sure if I like it, but I'll try it before I judge.
