HOW DO I GET A PECULIAR FLOTASM I HAVE 355 PER * EXP AND I DONT SEE ANY IN THE WATER.

PLEASE HELP

first off, lern Not to use Caps Lock

secondly, be advised that you may not see any because your river is being traveled on by others and thus thay take em before you get there. also you need 110 so 355 may be good, but it can be better.
