trees and rocks, do they respawn?

title basically says it all. do rocks and thoser water tiles(to make wells on) and trees do they randomly respawn throughout the map?

no

new trees must be planted

replacement rocks (which can be carried) can be gained by digging a cellar

the well points are generated when the map is generated and no more will appear

and those cellar rocks only give 100 chips each.

^^ Water quality in wells isn't determined by location, is it?
