Pearl mussel question

How long does it take for them to replenish after you pick them?

I know there are quality nodes of them but Im not sure they all just replenish. I think some are random. If you keep raising perception and exploration you will see more and more.

They don't spawn, they are just random. LadyV is correct. Walk around a bunch and you'll find tons. Alternatively just keep loading and unloading the screen and you'll be able to find more.

20 minutes logged off or inside a house and the map will unload, then go back outside or log in. new map, more mussels
