Dragon Helms have an Agility penalty

They do. My question is, how much of one? I have a q60 helm (Don't ask how I got it, I will lie), and it gives me a -3 penalty to Agility. But the odd thing is, at q60 it should either be 2 or 5 (base 1 and 2 respectively). Can someone help me out in finding out the actual penalty?

also I have never noticed that they actually give an agi debuff. I've always thought they didn't and that's partly why they are so good

If you actually looked at the wiki, you will see there is nothing about a penalty, which is why I'm trying to figure it out.

Maybe it's a flat -3 penalty? If I can get someone with an extremely low helm to confirm this then I'll add it to the wiki.

The game rounds up for penalties and down for bonuses, so it wouldn't be -2 and -5 at q60 for base -1 and -2. It would be -3 and -6.

So there's your answer: base -1 agi.

This answer is consistent with jordancoles' and anon512's examples because as soon as it gets to q91+, it rounds up to -4.
