Transferring Barrel Contents

Am I misclicking, or is it no longer possible to:

(1) empty one barrel (of vinegar) directly into another
(2) use buckets to take vinegar out of a barrel

As there seems to be no option to simply empty a barrel, I'm left wondering how I'm supposed to deal with wine that's gone "off". (Yes, I know vinegar is useful. But not in the quantities I have.)

well you definitely can't use a bucket. i really wish you could. pretty sure you can barrel to barrel transfer though, you need winemaking of course.
