Your best chance getting in contact with him over Youtube. From the 2 minutes I spent looking into it, it seems he doesn't own the village so don't be surprised if they refuse your request for an invite.

he doesnt use the forums , but it looks like he will be checking his youtube inbox soon because he just uploaded a video
(everyone checks how many views they get ;p )


Edit: after reading his replies it looks like he is telling everyone no when they ask to join his village
