What hapened

Was sent to the character creation screen.
Status was fine when I loged off, and absolutly no one around.
True I have not been plaing for a long.
How would I know my character died? No meseges indicating this. Or how for that matter?
You can't starve while offlne, right?

I would be asking myself did i do anything at all that would have allowed me to be summond? This is the only way that I am aware of that you can die while offline.

1. That may be obvious but you do know that this is world 6, right?
2. Have you left any summonable scents? If yes then there's possibility you had been summoned and killed.

Were you safely in an enclosed area such as a palisade where you logged out? Did you commit any crimes? The most likely answer is that you thought you could steal/commit crimes and get away with it, or unknowingly committed a crime on a claim and was killed for it.

Don't I get any status bonuses from my previous character?
Can you starve offline?


All I did was walk around in unclaimed areas. Never met anyone online, ever. Where is everyone?
Also, offline attacks are a bad idea. Even if said character is imortal, geting attack while offline is just lame.

Create a new character and see if a Runestone (Stone with a red marking) is in the Character Creation room. If there is you died, and you can inherit a portion of your characters stats via this stone by right clicking and hitting inherit.

You can't starve offline, no.

Everyone is killing each other. Everyone will be obsolete soon.

If someone killed you, they left a scent, but you need a relative amount of Perception to see his scents, and Ranging.

Meh, it makes sense, if you commit a crime there's nothing stopping someone from slitting your throat in your sleep for justice. You had to leave a scent or something to die offline though, not sure how else..

I did not see a runestone. Checked screenshot. There defenetly wasn't any ruestone around.
So what hapened?

Then your characters not dead. Can't be dead, scroll down on your character list, he's there somewhere.

A Runestone looks like this by the way, and should be behind the 'Butcher' that makes you a body.

There were no characters in list when I loged in.
Can I claim runestone now if I entered game without claiming it before?
