An easement is a certain right to use the real property of another without possessing it. It is "best typified in the right of way which one landowner, A, may enjoy over the land of another, B."[1]
Easements are helpful for providing pathways across two or more pieces of property or allowing an individual to fish in a privately owned pond

For a beginner or middling player, the peaceful supergrid is the way to go. No questions.

If your a beginner try inland at least a screens view away from a river. Ideally someplace with clay wood, water, and metal nearby. yes as others have said the peaceful SG is a safe area.

Map here if you want the whole thing, Also I can set a HF in the grid for you to spawn, Just PM me if you want this (That goes for anyone)

Also remember just because this is the 'Peace grid' doesn't mean you are 100% safe against Pk'ers.
