Ways to recover Stamina?

I would like to know of all possible ways to recover stamina, and anything that affects or governs it.
From stats, skills, items, useables, etc.

Drink water or tea.

Can I just right click a river to drink water?
Or do I need tools for that?

you need a kuska make from birchbark, a waterskin made from a dried hide, or a water flask made from leather.
