I would like to know how to drop an item (unlift it).

I tried using the L button, and clicking where I want to drop the object, but it doesnt work, either left or right clicking.

Can someone explain how to drop a lifted item? I couldnt find it on the wiki either.

Right click where you want to drop it. If it can fit, then it'll go there.
