Land Management Ctrl+ L Claim more area impossible?

I press Ctrl + L,
I select the area I want to claim and when I click ok I get this message:

"This function has been deprecated."

What is that and how do I increase my territory?

I believe that was the old method of claiming land, and was removed after the implementation of claims. Loftar used it to claim those 4 spots on the old RoB to prevent people from claiming it.
You can only increase the size of your claim at your claimpost. Doing so costs LP, and you are only allowed one claim per character.

Short version: Doesn't do anything.
You see a masterful engraving by Blaze. On it is Blaze, bears, boars, and foxes. Blaze is striking down the bears. The boars are screaming. The foxes are in a fetal position. The image relates to the return of Blaze in the late winter of 2009.
