Quiver Crafting

Hello fellow haven and hearth players, i would like to ask for instructions on how to craft a quiver. i have 4 leather in my inventory, i have the archery skill, yet i cannot find the craft quiver icon in the leather working tab under crafting.

Did you discover the materials you need?

im not sure if i have leather discovered. a friend made it for me, would i have to take it out of the tanning tub?
