Maybe 40ish. Get a pearl or some edels or something to go with that frog and buy a q90+ instead.

It was my first day on world 5 (It is world 5 now, right?), and found 3 shocked frogs.

It's worth a tad bit over a pearl, so probably around 50~. Don't settle for anything lower than a pearl, because there are some ql 60 swords at Apples and Oranges for a pearl. =)
