Profile customization

Around when I took a hiatus last year(September) I was able to still change my profile picture for the forums here aswell as changing my signature.

But now, I don't seem to be able to figure out where those options are. Was there a change to the forums to where you are not allowed to change said things now?

Or if the options exist still, please inform me as to how to do so.

Click Profile.

Then click the Profile tab.

Then navigate through here, pretty simple.
