Well, should be relatively easy. Make something that remains consistent (ie not making wrought out of blooms) with the same hammer and skill/attrib combo. Use two different quality bars, preferably more than a few points difference between them. The formula is ( 2 * avg of metal + anvil q + hammer q ) / 4. If your sqrt (str * smith) is less than the resulting quality, make sure account for softcapping.
