1.How to build Anti-Sniper system which work? I mean how much second palisade/bwall should be from the main one against snipers.
2. How to count kiln and ore semelter q? When they are already build.

To calculate kiln quality when it is already built you need to make coal in it then Qkiln = 4*Qcoal - 2*Qwood - Qfuel

Dozens of tiles. Just make big, rectangular palisaded/walled area, and make sure there's enough place in the center to build, so you don't need to spend too much time (..farming) nearby your curtain wall. Instead of that, you'll just hide your city beyond sniper's field of view, which unallows them to aggro and shoot you.

The second wall should be roughly 50 tiles from the first one. If you lean against the inner wall and cannot see the outer wall, it should be far enough.

build ur initial wall and wall out completly zoomed out and when u can no longer see your main wall, i'd build!

thats what we did anyway

You could use ctrl + L on enders client, and I've been told that 50 tiles is the safe anti snipe distance.
