Bear Magic?

I tried to kill a bear today. What is that whooshing action they do with green numbers? Are they actually regenerating? Is it possible for anyone other than Blaze to kill them?

yeah wtf is up with the deer healing. Where's my healing spell? And why don't they enter combat when they heal the target of a player's combat.

you dont have a healing spell cuz you are an evil human with more evil weapon's.

and yes, the deer really heals it.
