One post palisade

Postby 100Rads » Tue May 22, 2012 4:47 pm

So I screwed up with my palisades  because I built my house to close to a cliff. Is there a way to make my palisade with just one cornerpost? Here is a pic of what I meant to say:

Is something like this possible or I have to make another cornerpost?
"... and there, standing in confusion on the brink of defeat, Thilfing gave out a bellowing cry. In the shattering echo the Noms saw, as had been foretold, his pain, his agony, his anguish. His triumph."

If I understand what you stated correctly, you'd need two cornerposts on each side of the door.

I know. I asked is there a way to build around it or something like that?
EDIT: and without a battering ram of course (too lazy to get more materials)

You would have to go around the cliff, like this:
