Hi guys I found a cave ik how to mine mined in different cave but I can't find a source in this cave. Is there always a source in the cave

You mean node? It might take time to find one. Since caves are usually huge there should be node somewhere.

No there is no surety that you will have a node simply by testing walls. You may have to dig randomly or prospect above and try and locate it then in the cave.
