Fallen trees

Postby Shizuzu » Sun May 27, 2012 2:34 pm

I have noticed sometimes chopping down trees makes the tree land in rivers or on the edge of a cliff. I cant seem to pick then or other items on the edge up, I was wondering if there was a button combination to reach out and grab them.

Unfortunately, when they get stuck in cliffs there isn't anything you can do. When they drop in water, however, you can get them with a boat... You just need to get in the boat and then use the lift command on the log.

Good luck... : ^)

Do you think in world 7 there will be a way to get them, like a pole you can roll them off the cliff with or an item that gives you more range for picking stuff up?

Well, it's hard to tell if there will even be a World 7. Those are all things that no one can tell. So it's really hard to foresee what will be added if that happens.

there needs to be a new world. This map is too used. Although if jorb and loftar decide to scrap HnH there won't be.

I'd say if they wanted to fix that problem they'd just make either logs fall next to a cliff, rather than next to it, or trees not spawn with their fall path on a cliff.

If they scrap this world will the sever still be up to play on? or will H%H be gone forever?

There's only one world world running at a time on HnH server. And AFAIK the Devs are planning to continue HnH ...

With the exception of World 7 coming along because of mass data corruption, the Devs are apparently renovating the entire game but somehow I doubt the log situation is in any way high on the list.

People that say things like that just don't understand..
W5 ended because of mass data corruption. Just go look back at some of the threads about it.

Just because you came into this world at this point doesn't mean that JLo are going to hit "reset" for the world and make a new world becuase you claim that this map is "too used". Tough shit kid, if you enjoy the shit out of this game, you'll adapt to the ways of the world.
