Livestock

I came across two tamed sheep one male and one female, i brought them back to my place, and am trying to feed them, however these sheep are not eatting my food, what do i do to get these things to eat?

Drop food infront of them, they will eventualy eat it.

EDIT

Put food in a trough and make sure the cow is in the radius of the trough, and they will not go hungry

nice talking to you again tyler i was jsut chatting with you in game earlier today their food qq isnt going up thats why im pist its like they arent eatting, it is qq100+ food...

They will eat infrequently (except: pregnant animal who will eat 10x times of normal) so this number "eaten food" will change slowly.

You mentioned you found them, right?

Are you sure they are grown up? Because baby animals only eat by drinking milk from a lactant female. If they both look the same, they are not grown yet. If the male has horns and the female is kinda greyish, then they are grown and there is some other reason why they are not eating.

the males are grown the female may not yet be...
