Seriously. it's said 7% overstuffed for the last 20 minutes... I can only crawl around, how do I fix that?

You need to do some exerting work. For instance, you can carry around a basket or craft something. Food will then be used to recharge your stamina, so it will go down into the normal area shortly.

But well, yeah, maybe overstuffing should disappear over time by itself. It could be argued. :)

Normal food level goes down over time too right? But i guess this is neat way to simulate obesity.

Try destroying runestones, wearing leeches, digging clay/dirt, plowing fields and drink low level water (like standard q 10), your food levels will drop.
