"Leeches Edit
One way to heal HHP is by using leeches. Leeches can be obtained by anyone, regardless of skill, making them a popular low-level healing method. However, because they deal damage, their use is not recommended at very low SHP values, as the leeches can knock a character unconscious, which would lower HHP instead of healing it.
Leeches can be obtained by walking in any swamp area. They will attach themselves to empty equipment slots. The less a character is wearing, the more leeches can be gathered and used at once. Once a leech is equipped, it will do SHP damage about once per minute. The damage it deals is equal to its quality divided by 10, rounded down to the nearest whole number. Approximately every 10 SHP damage taken will restore a single point of HHP. After damaging a character three times, a leech will become bloated. If removed and stored, bloated leeches will eventually become normal leeches, allowing reuse simply by placing them in empty equipment slots.

The quality of a leech moves one point towards its host's constitution attribute each time damage is dealt. This means a leech can gain up to three quality points per usage. As such, reusing leeches can result in better healing during future uses.

Gauze Edit
The second way to heal HHP is by using Gauze. Gauze provides healing at no cost to SHP, though the skill requirements to obtain the necessary wool is considerably higher than that of the leech method. However, because gauze can be applied by anyone with the First Aid skill, it is possible for a character to give another character assistance.
To obtain wool, a character must either own a tamed sheep or find a four-leaf clover and a mouflon. Using a clover on a mouflon allows shearing, while a tame sheep can be sheared without clover usage. Once wool is obtained, it can be made into gauze at a loom by any character with the First Aid skill. Once created, gauze can be applied by left-clicking the item to pick it up, then right-clicking the desired target and choosing to apply the bandage. Gauze can be only applied to a character that has no headgear equipped. Gauze will heal a character's HHP by 30% of their MHP over time."

Dude, you're not a mode. You don't make the rules here. If you don't want to look at the threads, don't come here. (I'd just report this, but I really don't know what I'd report it for... :/)

Calm yourself MagicMan, I know I'm not a mod. I would rather not be one so, just to shoot that idea down before you or anyone gets into thinking that. I never said anything about not wanting to see the threads. I'm just giving the newer players future advice. I've seen the mods say that they dislike these kind of threads when there's a thread devoted to questions such as this. But I'll cease my.."spamming" of the Simple Question thread. Sheesh.

I think the reason that he posts the Simple Questions thread is because it's logical to post such a post in that stickied thread, due to the fact it is so easy to find out. He could search, look it up on the Wiki, and he chooses to post a thread. At least he could post in one of the stickies where a question like this fits. :-)

Thank you Mvpeh. Someone who sees why I have been posting the Simple Questions thread.

I've just simply read Tecks introduction in the Simple Question thread and I've noticed alot of newer players tend to not see that thread. So, I take it upon myself to kindly show them where it would be better to post these questions. I'm not doing it to be annoying, or to take the mdoerators job, just lending a helping hand.

And there's the kicker. It's a player asking simple questions that can easily be found. It doesn't matter where they ask them at. They still get asked and being an ass about it telling them they should be posting one place or another doesn't make anyone feel better except the ass making the "all mighty" post about what people should be doing. When that thread is busy, I've seen "simple answers" go for 4-5 pages without getting an answer. Nobody should be overlooked like that which is why those types of threads are complete shit and why I bitch when someone is acting the ass and trying to tell people that they "have" to post there.

90% of the quesitons questions posted in this forum could be as easily answered by simply providing a link to the relative wiki page, but I type out a post because, for me, it's as fast as looking it up and getting the exact URL and copy/pasting it into a response.

Oh? I'm an ass now am I? I can see how with this posting I can come across an ass, but anytime prior when I am providing a link to the simple questions thread is being an ass? Hm..I don't see it. It could be biased of me thinking that I'm not being an ass, but really, what is it that I'm doing that makes it be considered an ass thing to do? Just simply linking the thread instead of answering the question? Possibly. But sometimes I don't answer because I don't know the answer. So, I just link the thread and allow someone else to answer who does know.

MagicManICT wrote:..."all mighty" post...

"all mighty" ? This almost goes along the same lines as being an ass, how the hell do I appear as though I am "all mighty" ?? I have never once shown any sort of behaviour on these forums to suggest that. I NEVER mention myself in that way, let alone at most, at all. so it appears as though that was "blown out of the water"...

Look, why don't we carry this into Private messages? Everyone "bitches" about shit posting in threads, so let's do this thread a favor. Before either of us get a warning from the mods or what-not.
