Hello how to enter the command in arksu bot ?. I wanna run laberjack.bot but don't know how :/.

There are guides on creating scripts and using the Ark.su client in The Wizards' Tower. Maybe someone kind will come along and link them, otherwise, you can do a forum search. Someone tried doing a tutorial and that should be on the first page or two (forget the name of the thread, though).
