My well making option no there!

Alright i found a spot where i can make a well with a dowsing rod.

The wiki said to go to stone workings and find well.

Went there, No well.

What do?

Make sure you've discovered stone, rope, bucket, block of wood.

Apparently i didnt make rope before.

I remember doing it though.
