Troll q chicken bones?

Fact/myth?

Were there any cases of people getting chickens to the crazy Q levels?

Imagine q300 chickens @_@ Tho it took me like a month to get mine up by 10q so its probibly stupid long.

Months? With a sufficiently large chicken farm you should be seeing that rise every 1-2 weeks. Its been long enough that it's possible at this point and it's not like there's a problem caused by fodder quality. Whether anyone actually has though I'm not sure.

Then I guess thats another goal to add together with q150 trees for me ;) 150q chickens down, 150 to go....

Quality 150 trees is like a pipe dream lol
My best math says you would need
Fibre:295
Water:105
Clay:95
Soil:105

To get quality 150 trees.

This would mean that you had the stats to support not softcapping the stuff going in to it,
Survival: 274+
Carpentry: 202+
Dex: 121

You would also need enough water,clay,soil,troll, and fibres to support remaking stuff as you got better quality boards, so that tree quality could jump again.

So its possible but like retarded hard (does anyone even have 295 flax or hemp)

1. The math is... flexible. You can infinitely raise the quality of the fibers you get, so that's the variable. The clay, soil, and water is fixed, but since a treeplanter's pot isn't just about the clay, but about the kiln you fire it in and the fuel used, it can slowly work it's way up. Try again. ;)

2. How you get those numbers skill numbers?
Survival: Only as high as the highest natural resource
Carpentry: Keeps going up as board quality does
Farming: You forgot this. It needs to be as high as expected increase in crops (hemp or flax)
Dex: as high as your clay quality (softcaps unfired pot quality)

If the formula on the wiki is correct (could have swore it was a bit different), then every four points raised on the herbalist table means another point the tree can go up, so with infinite quality crops, trees will eventually get better, even q200+. It's just mind-numbingly slow.

I know for fact there are people with q390 carrots and +200 flax :D
I'm sure if you farmed very devotely and always picked the best seeds it should be possible in a reasonable ammount of time. (6-9 months :D ))

There are q600+ carrots in the game, 390 is relatively low :P
